Travel with Christin

Here goes the beginning of my first blog post. So for my birthday this year we of course decided to cruise. I booked this back to back cruise last year as I got the offer for a free interior room. I was able to use the offer twice and upon searching for options for a true back to back cruise I chose to cruise out of Galveston. This is a first time port for us. As always we flew in a day before our cruise. The only thing I didn’t take account on was the fact that Mardi Gras was happening when we arrived. This just meant hotel options were slightly more limited and I needed to make sure that we stayed far enough away from the parade route as we didn’t want to have to worry about traffic. So up next I will talk about the first leg of the cruise which was a six day and consisted of visiting Cozumel, Belize and a first for us Costa Maya.
