Travel with Christin

After our cruise we had purchased tickets to go to Buckingham Palace. Because when in London it’s a must-see place. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to take pictures or video inside the palace. It was a huge place even though you are only able to see 11 rooms out of 775. So that puts it into perspective of just how big it actually is. My thoughts were it was very nice. This may be a very bad comparison but picture the Biltmore house for any of those that have been there and to me Buckingham Palace made the Biltmore house look like the Motel 6. No offense to Motel 6 but just in those 11 rooms all you could say was wow. Floors in marble in various areas and the door casings were covered in gold. Two of the rooms we went through contained various expensive art pieces. We got to see the Throne Room and the dining area where they host guest for large parties. It was a nice place to visit but once you have seen it you’ve seen it. The Biltmore house however has childhood memories for me, and I could go there multiple times. Here are the few pictures I managed to get from the outside. It was a rainy day, so we didn’t stay outside long.
