Travel with Christin

So our check in time was between 10 and 10:30. From the hotel to the port it is a quick 14 min walk…..or it should be. More on that in a moment. So we wake up to this sight out of our hotel window.

So just before 10 we check out and start our walk to the port. So as you will see by the map below it’s a quick walk. If you actually use your GPS but we didn’t and missed our turn so our walk took a little longer. However once we arrived and got checked in they called our boarding zone so didn’t have to sit and wait. So we boarded at 11.

So since 2015 when we started cruising I have 3 traditions. One I have a Hello Kitty folder to hold our boarding passes, the walk up the gangway to the ship, a picture of my foot when I first step on the ship.

So we board the ship take our carry on stuff to our room, go do our 5 minute muster drill and then have lunch. After lunch we go to find a quiet cool place to hang out until 1:30 when our rooms are ready. The boys quickly found the spot.
